“We've stayed there 3 consecutive weekends and the carpet has been dirty in the rooms. It's the only hotel within 40 minutes of where we need to be, so we don't have a choice.”

I checked in on my Expedia app, prepaid, and was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. As I stated this visit was completely stress free no complaints. The room was clean comfortable, the amenities were upscale and this is was one time I hated to leave. ”

“Fridge didn’t work in one room. No hot water in the other. Lame, uninterested responses or excuses when trying to address these issues. Was double charged for the room which lead to significant problems. Will not be returning to this establishment ”

“Drunk adults roming hallways all night. Rooms around us had tv's blaring. Could here people yelling in adjacent rooms. No plans to ever use the hotel again. ”

“There was roaches crawling all over and they never came and asked if we needed clean towels or clean sheets for the beds or toilet paper the tv did not want to work hafe time it was not a good time ”
