“The location is good and the host is great! Clean place and easy to check in and out. Just be wary if you’re a light sleeper - the apartment is almost directly above a night club. Ear plugs were provided which was nice!”

“The property was very clean and updated on the inside there was also a lot of security features. However there was a night club behind our BNB that was loud until 4:00am and we had trouble sleeping there were also some sketchy people hanging around the back parking lot near our car but overall we loved the location and walking distance to everything we needed.”

My husband and I spent the weekend here the first weekend after listing our house, so we'd be out of the way for showings and an open house. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. “The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

“Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”

Parking is easy in a covered structure attached to the building. “Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.”

When I moved in there were some issues (broken dishes, no blackout curtains, hair in the drawers from previous owner, leaking window in the bedroom etc.) but host was very responsive and did her best to help. Throughout the stay the host was also quick to reply when I reached out. Overall it was a decent stay and I would come back for short stays.”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”
