The room was very nice, however it was only set up for 1 person for amenities. 1 wash cloth, 1 coffee pod. Check in was easy. We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay! The little house was perfect! Love that it is dog friends and so accommodating we will be back, my dog just loves how welcomed he was!

Bill was $13 higher than what was quoted, with taxes, on reservation. When I called the Aloft in Westerville to track down the problem, I was told, after a wait of several minutes, that this is an “Incidental fee.” Must monitor for bank to return!
It was very nice and very clean.
Westerville overall was great, we did not spend a lot of time there but the City is clean, wayfinding and cleanliness fantastic.
I will never book a room with red roof at Westerville, EVER AGAIN.
