Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there!

Friendly staff and decent breakfast offering. This a comfortable hotel with all the amenities and is located not far from attractions. The room and hallways are showing its age but the bed was comfortable. My only grievance was that housekeeping did not ensure that there was sufficient toilet paper or Kleenex. Would stay again.

Cresthill Suites was a great find for us, especially because there were a few properties in the area that didn't feel safe. The hotel staff was amazing, super accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but we didn't mind it because it was clean and really safe.
