The 3rd bedroom is connecting studio room where you will enjoy a quiet space to call your own. The studio room has been thoughtfully decorated and designed to make the most out of the space and with the utmost functionality! The Murphy bed gives you the ability to enjoy all the space you need during your day and the perfect place to rest in the evening on the luxurious Queen mattress & soft linens! You won't even have to make your bed - just close it up and off you go! The kitchen island has 2 countertop bar stools that will give you space for eating or extra workspace. The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave & broiler toaster oven & induction single cooktop which is perfect for making meals. We also include a Keurig pod coffee maker! Our location is central in Wesley Chapel and makes it easy to access grocery stores, Walmart, Florida Medical and you are only a short drive to Wiregrass where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed or check out The Grove and their many options of dining & shopping. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just a 10-15 minute drive is the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co.
