"We like Seabrook because there is something for everyone. The Tarpon Pond 551 had a lovely view of the 17th Fairway. The porch room was our favorite gathering space for playing competitive board games at night. It got a bit noisy for the person attempting to sleep in the loft area however. The galley kitchen is adequate, but we really enjoy eating at the Pelican’s Nest. Delicious! Thank you for sharing your home to reunite and recreate with family!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful cottage on Seabrook. The location and space was great and I loved how stocked the unit was, it had everything we needed and more. The amenities offered were great. We loved the beach club and pool. "

"Seabrook is one of our favorite summer spots and Spring did not disappoint. The house was clean and we'll stocked with everything you need. Right in the middle of the island so about an 8 min bike to the beach pool and 10 to tennis and the lake pool. Nice front and back porches. Small but we'll stocked kitchen, both types of coffee machines which is nice. Only complaint is bed was a little uncomfy."

"This was very easy to set up. We use VRBO at least once a year. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach and pool was quite a treat."

"My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out. "

The place was exactly as advertised…it was also super clean and had all of the amenities you will need…the kitchen was well equipped plus it had beach gear and bikes galore. We also loved the Seabrook pools and beaches, which we visited every day. Can’t wait to start planning our return trip."
