The German and Hungarian dishes were excellent. The beer selection was quite good as well. Had some of my favorite German beers.

I loved staying at your resort. Everything was wonderful. The updated room was spacious, immaculate, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The property was lovely, the exterior of the cabins very attractive, with great curb appeal. The view of the mini golf course was really nice. Playing checkers was super fun! We stayed for 5 days and hope to stay longer the next time that we visit. We live in Tucson and would love to stay at your resort again within the year. I have already recommended you to others. The staff was terrific, so helpful. Katrina, who we liked instantly, checked us in. She was welcoming, efficient, informative, and knowledgeable. It was definitely one of the nicest resorts that we have ever stayed at.

Last minute stay for Fourth of July with dogs. The staff were very helpful the room was cute and comfortable. Location is on a main road which is nice but we were right on the road… I’d go back for certain

I booked GreenTree for the elevator since my disabled daughter was attending a nearby special needs camp. Via Hotels.com, I got a room two steps from the lobby, across from the kitchen. Loud from day one, but I used earplugs and made it work. Day three, the lobby hosted a party, not background music, but club-level volume at 5pm, right outside my door. I’m not picky, normal hotel noise doesn’t bother me, but after a day hiking and simply being older, wanting a quiet nap isn’t unreasonable. I asked the front desk to move me or lower the music. I was told nothing could be done since I booked through a third party. When I got upset, after being refused, the clerk called me a profanity as I walked away, and the bartender sang “this isn’t Burger King, you can’t have it your way,” drumming and whistling at me. I left three nights early. At checkout, I was refused proof I’d checked out. A manager accused me of attacking staff — camera footage will prove otherwise — and asked why I was resting at 5pm. All three gathered around me, and as a woman alone, I felt frightened enough to call police. I never raised a hand or threatened anyone. I simply asked, repeatedly, for quiet or a room change. Instead I was mocked, cursed at, and cornered. That room should be storage, not a guest room. I found another hotel that night, where I was treated with kind decency. Book here through a third party and you may have zero recourse if your room is unlivable; staff will humiliate you for asking.
