"The brasserie food was amazing in the restaurant but the service was terrible. We had a 40 minute wait between finishing our main and being offered a desert menu. The main problem was that we chose this hotel as it had a later check out time of 11am. However on approaching the hotel at 6pm we saw road closure signs starting at 9.30 the next morning for a half marathon. This meant that we had to leave at 9am to avoid the road closure or we would’ve been stuck at the hotel until 12.30pm. If we had known this at the time of booking then we would not have booked this hotel"

"One night stay. Used the gym and pool. Connie very helpful in the gym. Restaurant closed when I wanted to eat but could eat from the same menu in the bar. Quick and efficient service. Special to be offered a glass of wine on arrival"
