Everything was as described on website. They also managed to communicate with us throughout technology and this was very important in breaking the language barriers. This was very appreciated. They have everything . We were a party of 7 and we are all confortable and happy with our stay here. The manager Sugimori and her husband were very nice and accomodating . I think they own the place . They always made sure we were okay and we knows where to go and what train station to stop for our excursions not to mention the place is literally one minute walk to the train station. If I have to go back to Tokyo, I will definitely book /stay in this place again. I told all my friends that are planning to go to Tokyo to check this Ryokan.
