Very friendly staff and the location and amenities were top! We loved the laundry room with the washing/drying lashings with detergent included where we could use our Suica cards to pay. The hotel and the rooms were nice and clean and they provided pijamas. Especially very nice views for the price and very walkable neighborhood with lots of things to do

One thing I really liked about this hotel was the privacy and convenience. Once you check in, you can enter and leave the hotel without having to interact with the staff or pass through the lobby every time. You simply use your key card to access your floor. It made coming and going very easy and comfortable!

Very convenient for my needs. Excellent buffet breakfast! I wish they hadn’t removed the vending machines from each floor. I’ve been staying here a few times a year for the past three years. The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced. Front desk staff and breakfast staff are kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend if you need to be in this area.

This was our first time staying at this Remm in Roppongi. We stayed at the one in Akihabara back in 2023 which was why we decided to try this location. It has many food options and convenience stores around. The entrance to the station is about a minute walk, just around the corner. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The washer/dryer availability was good during the day. There was one night during our stay where there was a power outage for about an hour in the middle of the night. We thought that was weird that there was no backup generator but it was okay and the announcements in English were helpful.
