Clean and comfortable. The enclosed ramp to get to the second floor sure beats carrying luggage up stairs. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This room was spectacularly overpriced. I recognize that there was a lot going on in Lawrence this weekend. But, jacking up the rate to over $500 for a $60 motel room was not ok. There was spackle in the bathtub. The lamp socket was hanging off the lamp. The desk chair’s fake leather was peeling and the couch was threadbare. The mattress was as thin as an 80s fouton. Staff were lovely and kind. Room seemed clean despite the disrepair. If it had been $60, it would have been fine.

Property is in need of renovations. Broken lamp shades. Holes in walls. Was woken up at 3:30am by people upstairs fighting and yelling. Paid $167 for one night. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Probably will not do again.
