Was there for the BTS CONCERT and it was an enjoyable stay! Our flight was delayed and didn’t check in until 12:00am and they held our reservation and was very accommodating. The rooms were clean as was lobby. Erica and her daughter were very nice and helpful! I will come back!

First off, we went during the BTS El Paso concert weekend. I had anxiety all week once I heard people's reservations at other hotels were being cancelled. Thankfully, my reservation at this hotel was still being honored. Check In for me was very fast; I got my room keys in about 5 minutes. The property is pretty big with winding pathways but they provided us with a map so we could try to find our way. The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was cold and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. I really saw no issues with the room. The closet doors were off the hinges but other than that, the place was great. I'd stay here again when in El Paso.

Comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, safe. Enjoyed hot breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Furniture is somewhat outdated. Staff was great! They always greeted the customers. They were welcoming, positive, and happy to answer any questions. We will stay again.
