“This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts. What more did we need? Within walking distance of all the best eateries, the Reedy park, and the Saturday market on Main - oh, and Judson’s Bookstore just around the corner! Thank you for a lovely time in Greenville. We will be back.”

“We loved our stay at this property in Flat Rock. The waterfall outside our window was a unique and delightful part of our stay. The size of the condo is perfect for a couple. The host was exceptionally accommodating. She genuinely cared about our stay. Rooms are spacious, appeared recently updated, and were well laid out. The location is great for walking to delicious meals and shopping. The Flat Rock area is delightful. Don't miss Jump Off Rock and its gorgeous sunsets! We can't wait to go……

“This 4th floor condo was in great shape in a quiet, somewhat secluded building on Court St. It was a quick walk up to Main St for shopping, eating and drinking; and only a block the other direction to get to the river and Falls Park. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency……

“The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay! ”

“Great little spot in Flat Rock with fun shopes and restaurants near by. Pool was nice, the lake was nice, and the condo was comfortable. Decor was modern even tho the building itsself you can tell is older but kept up. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night. I will be back to stay again. We……

“Parking was great and we never used our car once we arrived. Awesome location. Coral Greenville Restaurant was right downstairs. Cozy little coffee shop just a few doors away. Very close to the falls. We walked everywhere. ”
