“Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”

“Breakfast was decent, the staff are relatively friendly as well. The website boasts a “24/7 late night menu” at the in house restaurant, however when I tried to order last night I was told the kitchen was closed and should order door dash from a local restaurant instead. Otherwise, we had a nice visit ”

“Valet parking was much easier but significantly more expensive.”

“Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. ”

“The property is a 8-10 minute walk to Ben Secours Arena and 5-10 minutes to all the shops on Main Street. Very nice breakfast bar. I would stay there again.”

“Toilet was clogged upon arrival and we were provided a plunger which still did not fix the problem. This Should have been a quality checklist item before we were assigned the room.”
