Cleaning staff was waiting outside my door hours before checkout. Continental breakfast was unmade coffee which I don’t drink and cereal without milk. Nothing more. I’m Scottish but this level of frugality is shocking.

The price was great. The property managers were kind and helpful. The building itself is old and worn. Bleach spots on blankets and sink not 100% clean. 3 stars over all.

Expedia needs to fix their rating system. This motel was rated in the high 6's and it should have been a 2 or 3! Room was disgusting toilet would flush half the time. Gang of about 20 people out in the parking lot till the early morning hours having a party. Dog in room next door wouldn't stop barking and it sounded like it was right beside me in the same room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stay here every yr since 2022 the cpl days before Bonnaroo, its alittle run down but I've nver had an issue with anything. If there's anything wrong with the room they made it right for with no questions, I enjoy my stay every yr

Staff was great, very helpful and accommodating of a late arrival. Check in and out was smooth as butter. The room however, while relatively bug free for Tennessee, was not clean. Sheets had brown blotting and walls in the bathroom had brown handprints over the toilet. Cheapest room in the area for a reason,

They lie. I stayed 2 weekends a few weeks ago. There was no breakfast as advertised (not the biggest deal but it was a deciding factor for me), and they never refunded my deposit or responded back when I asked about it. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Will never stay again
