"This hotel was very overrated online for the quality of service and services listed. The hotel is listed as a hotel online, which is false advertising because the owner insisted that the place was a hostel. Thus, there was barely any reception throughout the day or night. The breakfast buffet was at a late time of 7-9am, which may seem reasonable, but most tours leave before 7am in the Cusco region. Inside the hotel, we did not feel safe, and we believe that they somebody stole a black jacket...
