Transpiration is convenient, with bus stops at front door.this house is close to street, might have some noise. House is old age, but not affected any in use.

Band Trip

We came up to perform in the Ladner Band festival. This house provided a nice place for a group of us to hang out the night before

Place is falling apart

Property is nothing like the pictures, the yard is weeds, patio full of junk, bathrooms were not clean. Communication was lost in translation. No community area for the family to gather in the evening. Couches were broken, chairs broken & windows were falling apart. Only positive was it fit our group of 12. Also no A/C and limited fans
