"Check in lady was very helpful, she took the time to see if we could check in early, very helpful for us.
We enjoyed our stay issue we noticed was the back park lot was filled with bad potholes."

"Everything was great except Expedia put us down for only one night when I requested two nights. Treetops was most accommodating and arranged for the second night without any problems. "

"It was a destination stay for our granddaughter's 6th birthday and her siblings. The facilities were kid friendly - indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and a game room. And with the clientele being golfers, they had the space to themselves. The facilities were clean but there were a few things we noticed that could use a little TLC. "

"The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy! The bathroom was handicap friendly and that was a plus as well. The king sized bed was a little too soft for us but we made due. "

"Like all the other reviews say, the property is little dated, but it is an excellent place to stay for the night, bed sheets were nice and clean, the place is smack dead in the middle of town. Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Would definitely stay again."
"Great rooms. Had a suite and a double. Very comfortable beds. Pillows not so much. M No rollaway beds. Terrible pullout couch. Bedding is the cheapest it gets. Hot tub had rocks in the bottom and an unbearable amount of chlorine. Away from city center, but very nice rooms. No one at the front desk was friendly but they were very efficient. "
"Friendly staff, excellent food. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The room we stayed in could use a bit of updating (replace broken floor tiles in the bathroom, new carpet in room, some cosmetic updates). Otherwise it was a beautiful place to stay!"
"Stay was nice. Breakfast area was cramped busy no place for us to sit for breakfast. Pool area is very slippery I almost fell trying to get to the pool. "
"The Inn was charming! Loved the big porches. Room was comfortable. Staff was so friendly and made you feel like they were glad you were there. Neighborhood was beautiful and location was great.

"Staying at the Perry Hotel was a delightful few days immersed in the class, style, and grace reminiscent of late 19th-century living — an experience that far exceeded our vacation expectations. The management and staff delivered exceptional service, truly standing among the best in the hospitality industry.
Just a few hundred feet away lies what I consider one of the finest downtowns and shopping districts in the Midwest. Take in the pure freshness of lake breezes as you relax outdoors with a new book from McLean & Eakin Bookstore. Stroll up Lake Street to Summit Street, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Petoskey from high above.
By your last day, you’ll likely find yourself planning your return — perhaps even booking a stay at Stafford’s Bay View Inn, as we have for next year. Whichever you choose, you’ll be treated to the timeless elegance of graceful living."
"We had a dog and I was surprised how clean the room was that we stayed in. They have a designated hall for guests with dogs so I thought they wouldn't be as nice but our room was clean and smelled normal. The area outside to take your dog was clean, easily accessible and set up perfect to take your pet out.
The breakfast options were great and the staff member was great with keeping up with demand of food items.
Plenty of space in the bathroom to get ready as well as mirror and ledge next to it to get ready. Very convenient. "

"The home was stunning with ample room for our family to enjoy. We caught fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the water. It is a great place. The host was very friendly, kind and very responsive to our questions/concerns. "
"Wonderful staff! So friendly and helpful! They even have a free limo to take you downtown after 5pm, and then they pick you up! Wonderful experience."
