Art House-4 Ensuites Walk to Silos Baylor McLane Sleeps 8-18 w/houses next door

Art House is a very unique home featuring art work in every room in the home. The art work by high school students and local artists. Guests are able to purchase artwork if they wish and proceeds from the sales will go toward a scholarship fund supporting high school art students aspiring to go to college to further education and their love of art. This home is within walking distance to the Silos, Baylor, McLane Stadium, restaurants and many other locations downtown. If traveling with a larger group than this home allows, there are two other homes next door, Simplicity House (1661305) and soon to come Serenity House, which can also be rented together with this home. Please check for availability.

We four ladies loved The Art House! We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was super clean and exceptionally well stocked. We enjoyed the dining table and family room eating and playing games at this adorable cottage. It was close to everything, H-E-B, Silos, and restaurants. It was too hot to use the back deck but it was set up for easy enjoyment! We absolutely would be back and recommend it to all.

Great stay, close to silos
Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of. Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!

Perfect and charming!
We absolutely loved our stay here in this roomy and charming home. It was clean and had everything we wanted or needed. Our host responded to any questions immediately. We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms! Easy walk to Magnolia Markets and restaurants. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again if we come back!!

The house is so well decorated, beds are super comfy, and the back porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Location is great too with so many food options and a comfortable walk to the Silos. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing girls trip.

Very Intentional
Every square inch is very intentionally and very impressively designed. It has an art theme, which works well with the location. The walk to Magnolia Silos is very easy even with a two year old. The house is full of little touches that indicate that very careful attention was paid to the minutia of the guest experience.

Gorgeous property! Beautifully decorate! Each room filled with unique artwork and each bedroom perfectly put together. The bedrooms were cozy and relaxing, the house itself immaculate with options to bring food in or cook and watch a movie. Definitely would like to stay again!!!

Loved this property! Wonderful location. The home has a great layout with 4 suites, allowing privacy for multiple guests. It also has such a great vibe with vibrant colors and artwork. Just What Was Needed
Let’s start with, “We’ll be back!” The Art House is a home away from home. An eye-candy of familiar images on the walls in each room stirred personal memories encouraging us to feel right at home. Creatively designed, each room is a master bedroom—a retreat within a retreat. Our thoughtful host left a special handwritten note for our family to mark the sad occasion for our visit to Waco. Loved this house. It was clean and we loved the unique art. It had all of the necessities and then some. The property manager was very quick with responding and very accommodating. It was in a great location, very close to Baylor and Magnolia. We went to both while we were there and we will be staying here again when we come back.

Joyful Time in Waco
What a fantastic house and awesome host! The place accommodated our family perfectly. Clean and cutely decorated. Great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Charmaine, the host, was so kind and helped us for a special situation with a call and with texts. We bought some artwork (drawn by a local high school artist) that hung in the hallway after texting with Charmaine. A five star property!!

I visited with three old friends, and this house was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were fantastic for sitting around, chatting, and catching up. An excellent stay. The house is well kept and functions well. If you like the pictures of the house online, you'll love the property in person. The seating area inside flows well for company as does the back porch seating area that includes ceiling fans. This house could be in Seaside Beach Florida. The owners stay on top of repairs and make sure that the property is secure. You'll love your stay.

Another amazing stay in Waco
The Art house is beautiful! It was clean, well decorated and just perfect for our 3 generations trip to Waco. We each could have our own bedroom and bathroom, but plenty of room for all of us to be together too! Charmaine is great to work with and always quick to respond, we had no issues, but I have no doubt that she would have been quick to action if we had. This was our second stay in one of her homes and we highly recommend them! They are close to everything downtown and the beds are super comfy! Thanks Charmaine for the lovely stay!

The house was amazing and designed in a very chic and modern layout with thoughtful art paintings throughout the house. All beds were comfortable and clean. The host takes a lot of pride in cleanliness for the house. We had a small issue with the thermostat going out and the host Charmaine was there at the location within 5 minutes and she had the whole issue resolved within 40 minutes. We greatly appreciate Charmaine’s hospitality and if you need a place to stay, especially if wanting to be close to Magnolia Silos, be sure to include this place at the top of your list.

Home is where the art is.
The Art house is a cute 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home filled with art. It is within walking distance of Magnolia/Silos, downtown breweries and Balcones distillery, and across the freeway from Baylor University. The property was homey, modern, clean, and the owner had snacks, waters, and coffee for the guests. If Waco is your destination, this is the rental for you!
