The house was clean and uncluttered, but also homey and welcoming with just enough touches to make it feel comfortable and familiar. It was pristinely clean and a great location for walking around old town Florence. The only improvements we could think of were a couple of paring knives and steak knives in the kitchen and a quieter master bathroom toilet.”

“This is a nice location and place. Just 2 things, there is an unpleasant odor that seems to coming from couch and there were no coffee cups or cups you heat up. Extremely disappointed in Vacasa service who said they would resolve issue, but never heard from them again during my week stay. Had to buy my own coffee mug, despite coffee maker in house. ”
