“Overall the place is convenient but the it’s quite noise. Staff is really nice and breakfast is presto nice although not so many foods to choose. For paying$300+/nite motel it’s not worth. ”

“LOVE this hotel - possibly the most comfy bed ever and the fireplace in the room is so nice. The area is my favorite in Eugene. Highly recommend breakfast next door at the market. The only small thing I would say is I’m always a little bummed to see single use plastic toiletries in this day and age. So unnecessary and so incredibly wasteful. Extra surprising in a town like Eugene. But lovely hotel other than that. ”

“I could not figure out the AC. I did not sleep well the room was hot and the light on the Ac/Heat thermostat stayed on all night. There was no air vent in the bathroom so when showering everything was drenched with moisture. ”

“Some stranger knocked on my door and peaked in the window in the middle of the night poor coustomerservice and wheni booked online i wasnt told that there was also a reservation fee plus a pet fee and it was smaller than a studio apartment i will never ever stay at autzen inn again”
