“Very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a quick stay”

“I stayed here for 3 weeks. Guest house is cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Great location - close to everything. Dedicated parking for guest house was a bonus! Getting out onto the busy street was sometimes problematic. Patience is key in that regard! I really enjoyed my stay here. Host was very accommodating and fixed one minor issue quickly! The only reason I gave the "description" 4 stars instead of 5 was because the guest house is behind the garage and is very shaded by……

“Great unique property and cozy place to stay!”

“This place is a gem. The location is amazing, but despite being a short walk away from the OU campus and downtown Eugene, it feels like a cozy and secluded cabin once you're inside. The hosts were fantastic and responsive, and the cabin/house was very well stocked/outfitted. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Eugene.”

“Just as advertised. Loved it!”

“To begin with the room, it was well maintained with the most unique old world charm. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen was well stocked. The lake was beautiful which added to a beautiful sunset. The train passed twice in the afternoon, but it was not loud. I actually found it to be quite interesting ”

“This is our second time staying here, this time for UO graduation. We were happy to see this property come available during this busy time. Prices overall were high due to demand but this was reasonable given the time of year. In the fall it was much lower even though there was a football game. What we like about the property1. Location: close to the school, shopping and restaurants 2. Size: it worked for 3 people. You can turn the living room into a second bedroom if you use the pull out, which……

“This place was amazing and the host was great. if your looking for the perfect get away with 5 star comfort look no farther. Can't wait till I get to stay again”

“Great place to stay. Close to the bike paths, city centers, school, etc. will be back.”

“Good location. Clean unit. It was in the 90's during the day in Eugene so we had the portable AC units in each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room area turned on full while we were out. But they did cool down the dwelling quite well.”

“We will be leaving in 45 minutes. We washed the towels , all but one, and put them away . We washed and put the dishes back.We put the trash can out to the curb.Thank you, we were only 5 blocks from our granddaughter.”
