"Upon check in, was not greeted. Stood there for about five minutes without any acknowledgment. Once acknowledged, was very unpleasant. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Water temperature and pressure was very low. Checkout was not any better than check in. Would not recommend!"

"Did not did not eat the breakfast or utilize the laundry service. The mattresses are Ted broke down, but most of upsetting was the fact that they don’t have handicapped rooms with no way to contact the hotel directly and the reservation service not saying anything about them not having them. I would not have booked this hotel as being handicapped. I need certain things that were not available to me. "

"We stayed at Inn on 5th one night when we saw a performance at The Hult Center. The hotel was in easy walking distance. The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and we were contacted several times before our stay to make sure we would have everything we needed ... eg. kettle in room, extra blankets etc. Room was ultra clean, modern and beautifully presented. Hotel was quiet and restful and as room keys were needed to access the elevator it felt safe and secure. Loved my time here, would definitely recommend."
