"The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!"

"An excellent and attractive inn in the heart of Sandwich, Massachusetts. We stayed in the building that was converted from a Catholic Church to an inn and restaurant. The food and service in the upscale restaurant were out standing. The room was well furnished and comfortable."

"Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. We were made to feel so welcome, and made to feel like we were part of the family. The Breakfasts were fabulous, and it was brilliant to sit with our hosts and put the world...

"We arrived at the inn at 5pm and were told there was no electricity due to the storm the day before. The power had been off for 14 hours at that time. We came back after dinner and there was still no power. I'm sympathetic to their plight, but If the owners had told us about this many hours sooner we would have had time to find another place to stay, but by then we stopped at two places that were fully booked and finally decided to drive back to our home in Boston."

"Innkeeper-of-sorts Bill is the sort of host all innkeepers and hoteliers should aspire to be. Encyclopedically knowledgeable about all things Hyannis AND Cape Cod, he provides invaluable guidance on how to best spend one’s time. The setting is also superb, in a quiet enclave away from the teeming town."
