The hallway was disgusting and smelled. The bed was too soft, the AC was loud, the bathtub did not drain, and we paid wayyyyy too much for the night which was priced super high because of the football game. I will NEVER stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting Auburn

I like that they allowed my dog to stay with me.

Our first room smelled like mold and actually had physical mold on the sides of the cabinet that contained the refrigerator. I personally cleaned the mold and bought a glade plug in to manage the smell. We set up the plug in and went to dinner. Upon returning from dinner we tried to use the sink to clean up to go to bed. It would not drain due to the drain plug being broken and completely closed. The front deskman came by and did get maintenance to take a look. This was semi effective as maintenance definitely removed a few parts which allowed the sink to drain... straight to the floor. At this point it was approximately 11:30PM and we requested a new room. The front desk said they only had handicap rooms remaining which was fine with us. We went to the new room which again smelled like mold and while the front desk person was there removed the sheets that were stained and the pillows. He was kind enough to bring us additional sheets which were still stained but hopefully clean. We ended up sleeping on top of a blanket we had in the car. In the morning we went to shower and the shower floor was poorly supported and failing due to water that had leaked in there from the multiple holes in the floor of the tub. At this point we recognized we can't stay here a second night which ruined our trip to watch the Auburn Tigers Football game. We are still waiting on a refund. Over all I would rate this hotel a negative 5 stars.
