“Great recently renovated room & bathroom, right on the sandy beach with a beach bar & food. The motel is well maintained. Bring chairs for the deck outside rooms as well as your beach items. We brought a portable grill which we used for dinners, which worked well along with the fridge already in the room. There is a limitation on available electricity - so no coffee maker or hair dryers in rooms. I believe suites have coffee makers & fridges. Not sure about microwaves. We will stay there……

“Great staff very basic very clean right across the street from the beach. We parked the car and didn’t have to move, which was great and we could park right outside our room. Had a great time. “Everything was as it said it was in the listing. I loved walking into the home and being able to have a cold drink with ice. There are a lot of places I have stayed at that have no ice. It sounds like a little thing but after a long hot ride a ice cold drink is nice to have. The owners live right next door but you wouldn't know it. That is nice in case of something happening and you need help. Would recommend this home to anyone who wants to explore Rhode Island ”

“This hotel could be so amazing but just falls short. I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool which was such a major let down. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and the pool itself was dirty and freezing. The hotel offered coffee around the clock, which was nice, but a simple breakfast in the morning would have been much more convenient. The bed and pillows were stiff. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly.”
