"Unfortunately the property was not as expected. The communication was very great from the beginning. Even after hitting extra traffic the manager came and brought our groceries inside and put away cold items. We were very excited and looking forward to our arrival at this point. Upon arrival there was a note on the table that two of the cottages were without water as well as one of the showers not working inside of the big house. A note. Not a phone call or message or a heads up. There were two holes in the front windows, a hole in the wall and a barely functioning lock on the back door. When I spoke to the owner he offered to put two of the couples in a hotel next door. Upon arrival one of the hotels had a leak and one of the couples was so disgusted they left. I then continually tried to make contact with the owner and never received a response and had to file a claim with VRBO. "

"This cottage serve our purpose by providing 3 bedroomd. Our CG cadets enjoyed fixing a dinner in the kitchen and playing the guitars. The location offered a safe environment and we we're only about 25 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. However, if you wanted to increase rentals then the owner might consider these additional improvement. 1) Remove the couch and chair from the living room and replace it with the couch and chair in the back room. 2) Scrape the bathroom ceiling and paint it.3) Get new silverware and new linens for the bathroom and bedrooms.4) Remove personal items and pictures from the closets and coffee table. 5) Purchase new blinds."

"Gorgeous room with a fireplace and deck, dinner was marvelous as was the breakfast/coffee bar. It's a special place, I'd love to go in the warmer months and hang out at a fire pit and use the spa services!"

"This stay was a last minute reservation for my father’s funeral in the winter. My parents live in Westerly about a mile away from this house. It is spacious & well laid out. It worked well for us. "
