"Place was dirty and needs to be upgraded. Parking lot needs sealcoat. Sime spotty mold in room amd bathroom especially around whirlpoo, chair ripped,floor dirty, plastic utensils on floor behind nightstand,chips and crumbs loose in desk drawer.cabinets that fridge and microwave on bowing in and chipped along base, water stains on ceiling tiles, swirl marks on tv,chair ripped, couch from 1970s. So not worth the money"
"The room was very clean. Minutes away from the beach which was one reason why I stayed there. Good food from the restaurant next door (Venice). Continental breakfast in the morning; good coffee excellent English muffins and blue berry muffins. We've been going to Misquamicut beach for a while now. We used to stay in Connecticut, if we go back next year. We are staying at the Winnapaug Inn. "

"It's not fancy, but it has everything we need for a quick beach getaway. I come every year with my daughter. We love the easy access to the beach, the bar right on the beach, and everyone is so friendly. "
"This was such a great find. The rooms are immaculate. They’re not fancy by any means, but you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and presentation. The front desk staff were great, and they had a nice continental breakfast. I really liked the fact that we could park at the beach and have our own private section of the beach as well by staying there. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it had a nice area and upper deck to go with it. Would absolutely recommend!"

"We had a great time at this beach house. Plenty of space for my husband and two kids. Luckily, we had wonderful weather so mostly stayed at the beach, however the home comes with games, books and even ping pong. We loved having first floor laundry. This house is in a great location easy to get to the beach and rt1 for some shops and supplies. "

"My family of 4 had a lovely stay. The house was clean and has been nicely remodeled. We have family that lives nearby in Ashaway and this was a great house for us to stay in while we visited from California. The view was amazing and we had fun using this as our home base while we visited local sites. We loved being able to walk over to the marina to borrow kayaks and paddle boards. One challenge for us was there are no bedroom doors so those that got up early had to be extra quiet not to wake the other people still sleeping. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will come back to stay during another visit."
"Our stay was short and sweet. The house was in a nice location, quiet neighborhood and close enough to the beach. It was a short drive but having the parking pass included in the stay was great. The owners even allowed us to use the pass after our checkout time on Sunday so we could get lunch at the beach. We turned in the pass on our way out and the timing was great. Thank you!"
"We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for what we needed to come see family. The air conditioner was 10/10!!! Beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean! The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was in front of a park if you have kids! As soon as we arrived we were given their contact info in case we needed anything and wifi info. WiFi was great! Truly a super cute and amazing property! We loved our stay and will be coming back when we see family! "
"The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean!"
"My daughters (14 and 18 mths) came to visit my son that is stationed in CT with the navy. He came to stay the weekend with us. This house was a short 18 min drive to base. It was close to the beach and many other things. Only took us only 16 mins to get to mystic. The kitchen was great for me to be able to make my boy some home cooked food. We throughly enjoyed our family time here together. "

"We had an amazing week in this beautiful home. Plenty of space and great flow through out the first floor. We had a group of 8-10 guests off and on during the week for a golf tournament. House has everything you could possible need and the owner was very responsive. We will hopefully be back next year! "
