“The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.”

“My husband and I loved everything about this property. First and foremost the owner is wonderful. Very responsive and has provided most anything you will need during your stay. This property is very secluded and is exactly what we were looking for. Played cards on the dock by the river. Enjoyed the back deck. You will love how clean this property is kept. Peaceful and very relaxing to get away from the congestion of city life. Yet, only 15-20 minutes to get to Lake City without traffic jams.……

“Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural.”
