“My Grandmother lives in the area and it’s hard for her to travel. Since she has moved in with a family member it’s been harder for her to have visits with her great grand kids seeing as I live out of town. This rental was perfect! “We enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we’ve booked this condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and decorated very tastefully. The view is amazing! While sitting in the living room you’re literally overlooking the lake.We accidentally left several personal items at the condo. The host was very kind and shipped our items back to us.”

“I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony……

“First, I was transferred to an "upgraded" room without any explanation or clear direction. So when we arrived I thought I had entered the wrong room because the place was trashed. I asked the host to call me and they just replied via the app instead because they knew I was there from the camera outside the door. I explained that someone must be staying in this unit because it was filthy and stuff was scattered all about. They didn't believe me of course until I started sending multiple pictures.……
