“Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed……

“When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. “It was a clean and convenient property for visiting Windermere. But the room was very small, smaller than I expected it to be. Also, a major problem was that the room was far too hot. The radiator in the bathroom one could not turn off at all and, although I managed to turn off the radiator in the bedroom, it was still very hot in the property. But our host was helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect for us.”
