Donna at the front desk went out of her way to correct a booking problem with our room and her kindness and friendliness made us feel both welcome and appreciated as guests. She provided exceptional customer service that is uncommon to find nowadays and she did it cheerfully despite the challeges brought about by a holiday weekend."
