"We had some good expectations staying at the Waldorf, but what we didn’t see coming was for all of them to be exceeded. The staff from Dallin at the concierge desk to Dullia in the powder restaurant and the front desk staff being very accommodating… even the valet and car service! We had a fantastic getaway weekend. We even ate at one of the finest restaurants on Main Street, which did not beat our fine dining experience at the powder restaurant located in the Waldorf. We highly recommend staying here and dining at the powder breakfast lunch and dinner. Looking forward to returning soon. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hospitality and service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed our room - plenty spacious, warm fireplace, comfy bed. Our booking included breakfast, which was the best breakfast I’ve had at an American hotel - fresh food, protein options, fruit, etc. reminded me of a European hotel breakfast. The spa was under construction during our visit, otherwise we would have loved to try a couples massage. Instead we booked at the Stein Erickson across the street - a pricier spa experience than the Chateaux would have been, but well worth it. We will have to come back when all renovations are complete! "

"Wonderful stay and overall experience! Despite the construction that so many mention, we had an unforgettable stay that was not impacted significantly by the work zones. We REALLY enjoyed the convenience of the pools, the scenery, and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Swimming in the crater (which isn't owned by the hotel) was just "meh." I preferred the resort's pools but I suppose the crater was worth it just to say I did it. I would book earlier as the slots fill up."

"We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus. Overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely be back!"
