“We loved Black Rock Mountain Resort!! It’s beautiful. Staff is excellent. Katy was so pleasant to deal with when checking in. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Definitely pay for the Mountain View. The pool & hot tub were amazing to be able to use when it was 50 outside with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they even gave us a nice treat. Top notch for sure!! Will be back❤️”

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re……

“It took us a couple of minutes to find the check in location, but once we found it, our stay was fantastic! The room was great. The price was awesome. It was exactly what we needed.”

“Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment……

“Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”
