Clean Rooms, if you do not like animals i would not stay here. Coati are everywhere, even in the restaurants. It is normal, but i felt it needed to be said for good information.

The room was clean. The hotel has nice amenities. Yesi, Suni, Pepe and Juanita did a good job trying to engage people in activities. They were lots of fun! The best vacation I’ve had in years. Couples staff takes care of everything from the welcome right at the bus, to the way they get to know the guests. The room was clean and the amenities were unparalleled. I would recommend Couples resort to anyone who would here. Truly a magical experience.
