This property is great if you are looking to disconnect. The place is quiet and feels very inserted in nature. The staff is probably the best staff you are going to get anywhere. They are very cordial and cater to what you need. The main issue that we had is that the facilities are not being maintained as they should. They are decaying fast. On our first night the AC wasn't working so that took the first and second day to get us transferred to another room where the AC was better. The transportation around property is heavily dependent on Golf carts and there are not that many. So we love to use the bikes. The issue there again is that there are not that many bikes. and the ones that are there are in no good condition. We had to express our frustration and then we got bikes assigned to us. There is no peer, no kayaks either. The food is great and again the staff is supper.

We just got back from our trip with a group of 15 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 62, and it truly had something for everyone to enjoy.
Food: While the food wasn’t the absolute best we’ve ever had, there was plenty of variety, and if you didn’t find something you liked, the room service was excellent and definitely made up for it.
Rooms: The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They even surprised us with gifts for everyone—including a bottle of alcohol for the adults. Housekeeping was amazing; our rooms were cleaned every day, and if you were out at night, you’d come back to a freshly made bed and trash taken out.
Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely appreciative when tipped. I especially want to mention our butler, Guillermo, who went above and beyond for our group. He made the whole experience even better.
