“Deeply Disappointed – Zero Support from Expedia and Grand Residences I am extremely disappointed in both Expedia and Grand Residences Riviera Cancun for their complete lack of support and accountability during a period of active travel restrictions. My request was simple: change my travel dates due to the U.S. travel advisory in effect at the time. I did not ask for a cancellation, I did not ask for a refund—only a date modification so I could still enjoy the stay at a later, safer time. I……

“Second time staying here, really enjoy this place. The food and drinks are great, it is nice to not have plated meals rather than buffet. It seems like they reduced the menu a bit and less "premium" drinks are included since the last time I stayed here, that being said they are still very good. Staff is friendly, they let us check in early no charge, rooftop pool is awesome, with good music. Gym isn't the best and could probably use a refresh, but still enough to get a good pump on. Overall……

Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! “We loved this place. The location is on a quiet street but close to everything. The staff were so helpful. The property is so pretty and on on-site restaurant right on the beach was a great addition. ”

“The room and grounds were all very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a quiet area north of town, so you’ll have a peaceful time. There aren’t many things around the hotel, which means you’ll have to walk a moderate distance or drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, a very nice property. ”
