The staff is super friendly and helpful! We like to have fresh towels everyday and this hotel was so nice about accommodating the request for multiple towels and washcloths. The breakfast was perfect also! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Michigan. We stayed 3 nights and really liked our room.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I love that the tvs have streaming apps. The walls are a bit thin which was okay but there was a person crying that I could hear when I went to bed. The pool and hot tub is small but the kids enjoyed it. Overall great place and Mike the manager and the rest of his staff were accommodating towards my family size. Will definitely return.

This hotel looks brand new. It was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was ok. This Hyatt is debuting a new breakfast plan/menu. It had breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and bread. The food was good but some of the sandwiches were hard and the egg bites were dry due to the method they used to keep them warm, in a pan on a cooktop, but if they figure that out the food would be good. We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.
