I booked this after being unhappy with some other hotel stays in Grand Rapids. The pictures made it look nice, and I was super happy to find that the room in real life was even better than the pictures. The evening staff was super nice, and after staying 3 nights I loved every minute of it. I will always stay here from now on! Price is similar or less to the other places I tried, but the quality of this Residence Inn was like a Vegas resort in comparison. Well done by the owner of this franchise!

Such a lovely and easy property to stay at for a few days. Very convenient and close to everything. Hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was continental but very nice. This hotel is truly and value and a gem in the area.
