This is a gem of a hotel. Wonderful location, 2 min walk from Leeds train station. Restaurants & pubs close by. Staff is soo helpful & kind, happy. I’d highly recommend. Rooms/ apts are beautiful. Very comfy beds. It’s a retreat from the city & fast paced travel.

Highly recommend this beautiful , cozy place. It is absolutely a lovely, beautiful place to stay and Karen and Adrian are amazing. They go over and above with great hospitality. Excellent service, food was outstanding and the location was perfect for our trip. If we’re ever back in that area, we will stay there again no doubt.

This was such a nice property and room! I felt so fancy here. The breakfast was great value and I loved having plates/microwave/fridge/utensils in the room too, made it easy to keep leftovers. Very close to the train, too. Would definitely stay again.

These are clean well maintained rooms in the center of downtown Leeds. They were spacious and well appointed. It really improved the quality of my stay. I would look to stay there again where I ever to come back, or if they had a similar setup in another city.

Great place for the price. I felt super safe solo traveling. Room was nice and clean. Loved having some coffee and tea in the room. Bed was super comfy. Will definitely book again should I be in the area. Only thing I missed was having a fridge in the room but I understand why they don’t come standard.
