Spring break hotels in Overland Park

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

We stayed over the weekend as a little getaway and it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. This is my first time ever leaving a review but our experience here was absolutely fantastic I had to write one. This was my first experience with contactless check in and I loved it, so much easier and doesn’t take away from the boutique hotel aesthetic. The only thing I will say if you’re booking through Expedia, you may not get the checkin email with instructions on how to get in before your...

This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

Room was very clean! Will stay again if the price is right!

Super clean hotel. Solid price. OUTSTANDING workers...super nice..very helpful. Breakfast was a nice selection of items. Coffee was a bit of a disappointment. The road noise we could hear from our room (on the fourth floor) was pretty intense. Fitness room had clean and modern equipment. A very nice hotel with great rooms, but the windows are so thin we could hear every car coming down the nearby street. Would definitely stay again..might bring some ear plugs.

good floor plan, everything laid out perfectly given the small foot print.

Very nice staff, very clean room.

We thought the room was very nice!

Clean room and a Cane’s within short walking distance (the parking lot)! Bonus when you’re tired from a long drive. It was a safe area, which was important being a single woman traveling with a dog and driving a Uhaul. There is a walking trail to the back of the hotel that leads to the apts next door which made for a nice evening walk with the dog.

Was short but great - only struggle was parking bc my husband is disabled and all handicap places were taken bc hotel was very busy

The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.

The positive: the hotel itself is awesome. Clean, fresh, well maintained facility. friendly staff, great breakfast with multiple options and the room was up to date and clean. The negative: 1) eateries are not very close by. 2) I 435 is right near the hotel, some highway noise.

The hotel was clean and quiet with a very friendly staff. The updated room was attractive and being able to open the sliding door for fresh air was appreciated.

A very nice place to stay. We've stayed here 3 years in a row when we're in town. Highly recommend.

Clean quiet nights rest for the family. The staff was great and the property was well kept up.

It was very clean the people were nice and it was right on the outside of Kansas City so not as much traffic.

We got there early and room was available which was perfect because we had somewhere to be at 6:00 pm. Had breakfast next day it was decent but not great for the $$. Parking is $10 a night but why? I paid good $$ to stay here figured parking was included.
