Front staff was never at front desk. Picture online shows hot tub. There was a hot tub covered up with fake grass and chairs on it unusable. It said coffee 24 hours and the coffee carafe was empty all the time. Limited breakfast available. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. The box springs were soiled badly. The toilet backed up and there was no phone in the room to call for help and nobody at the front desk so we had to go buy a plunger and fix it ourselves. And no elevator and we were traveling with a disabled person and they gave us a 2nd floor room.

The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to keep our space fresh and clean throughout our 9 day stay. The breakfasts were reasonable and had fresh fruits as well as protein choices and a variety of basic breakfast choices. Everything was clean and well presented..

Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be a small coffee maker in the room. Also, the mini fridge door tends to be challenging to close in the space it was hoised within in our room. Otherwise, excellent stay.

I thought the owners had made great strides since our last visit several years ago. Had a nice clean room with all the accoutrements working and in great shape. Staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. Great experience.
