"Nice little boutique motel type property in the Bekshires. Very, very dated decor and style. 1970's decor. Room was nice with jet tub and fireplace. Not too many amenities. No pool. Ok place to stay. The front desk staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"Charming place. Very quiet and comfortable. I felt like I had the whole entire place to myself. The bed was comfortable. Furnished with good tasted. Loved the soaking tub! Breakfast was yummy. I would much rather support an unusual, unique place that has character and historical significance. "

"Rooms are very large, clean and a bit vintage. We stayed in the Shakespeare Room. Bathroom included a jacuzzi. The new owner was very friendly as well as the small staff. We enjoyed wine and cheese at 4:30, and a fabulous breakfast."

"Had a lovely time at this lake house. The lake access was a plus and the house was well stocked with water accessories and food items. Otis is a short distance from Lee and Lenox providing easy Berkshire access. Having a garage to park the car in was also nice. The only downside is the relatively poor condition of the driveway / shared road the house is on. The neighborhood is made up of single lane dirt roads that have suffered from some wet weather. All in all would definitely recommend."
