"The thermostat in the room didn't work - resulting in an overall stuffiness. There was a dirty tissue behind the toilet upon entering the room. The door to the room did not shut propertly and the security feature took some wrangling to work properly. From the exterior of the room you could see someone pried the door open. There was no body soap or body wash in the room - and we had to request some at the desk. "
