Despite the website saying that the rooms were "fully equipped", the fridge had been disabled (presumably to increase bar takings) which was not good news in the very hot weather.
The menu of the in house restaurant was unimaginative and the waiter was surly.
The hotel catered overwhelmingly for tennis players so that there were no (or only a few) car parking spaces if you returned in the middle of the day.
The breakfasts were good as was the cleaning of the rooms.

The location was very good. The breakfast spread was also very good. But the hotel needs a major overhaul of it is to be rated 4 or 5 star. However one staff made all the difference - that was Ladine! Extremely warm, personable and caring - always willing to help, and ensuring maximum comfort for all 9 of us!! She certainly made our stay worthwhile. She is a huge asset to the hotel management.

We had a good stay here! The hotel is clean and looks nice. Breakfast was not my favourite as I would have liked more options for vegetarian. Most of the staff was lovely and smily!

Rooms were adequate. Bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade .location was excellent. Only disappointed aspect which has nothing to do with hotel was shuttle bus ...it serves 5 other hotels so you can only imagine the chaos when both parks closed and everyone trying to get on .
