Room was small, no electrical outlets in bathroom so had to blow dry hair in living room as there was no practical mirror in bedroom. Room was very warm even with the provided fans and a/c unit. No fan in the bathroom so it gets very steamy and muggy. Shower taps were awkward/ hard to get to as there was a half piece of glass halfway along the tub. Bed was comfy though. About a 20 min walk from Queen Street train station and Buchanan bus stop. View consisted of the 9th floor parking garage next door.

Excellent location by the river and close to best restaurants in town. All fixtures in the Apartment were top quality. Whilst very clean, housekeeping was not the best. One day we were missed and problems with iron & TV but quickly resolved by Shaun, the on-site manager

The front desk staff was great, giving good advice on restaurants, directions, and local tours. Super! The cleaning staff was great too! We would highly recommend it.

A beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. There was nothing at all to fault in our stay at Mar Hall. We stayed in one the rooms in The Barn which was a short walk away from the main building and overlooked the golf course. Special mention to the super comfortable mattress and pillows- perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful and our breakfast on both mornings of our stay were delicious.

Great location Horrible customer service Horrible rooms, no amenities, tiniest room and shower, very mediocre breakfast. It was an unfortunate stay. This my first one star review ever and I mentioned it since I am generally easy but this was the worst hotel room that we stayed for longest time and we travel a lot. Especially for such a high price that they changed us.
