The woman who checked us in was unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff was truly outstanding. We encountered a problem with the remote not connecting to the air conditioner, which took three or four attempts to resolve, but they were patient and persistent in fixing it.

My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully.
Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there.
All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue.
By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. People throw a hat or book on them and head off to breakfast. I counted two people at the pool at 8.50am but not a single free bed. Pool staff on site do not police this whatsoever and allow it every day. Very frustrating in a hotel of this calibur.
Breakfast staff don't come near you to offer tea coffe etc. You have to wave them down or catch one who is frantically running past you. It's also extremely busy after 9.30am and the egg/omelette que is off putting. Maybe they should make people book breakfast slots to minimise this stampeed.
Hotel beach club never has any space for hotel guests as they allow so many outside bookings.
On the plus side the breakfast selection is great. Hotel check in staff etc were very friendly. Room service and turn down service was fantastic. Lovely decor and good music at weekends
I will certainly return as we have a great stay overall.

It was absolutely lovely . Spacious clean room with a decent size terrace
Excellent shower , air conditioning worked amazingly. Rooms cleaned brilliantly every day and at a time that suited. Lovely breakfast, and on top of that a fantastic location with a short walk to the marina , the beaches nearest the hotel were even better than the ones near the marina . Pool area was great too , large clean pool , comfy sunbeds and attentive staff. Thank you we loved it .

It was a nice hotel, amazing views, go for a see view on the 5th floor of Ronda building. You won't be disappointed, and the sunrise is stunning. I would like to mention Simone the Manager, whose attention to ensuring my stay was satisfactory, was great customer service, which was consistent among the staff I spoke to.
I have to admit the spa was disappointing, parts of the spa was locked, or out of order. Plus to use the spa is extra for customers. I think it would be nice if customers staying at the hotel were offered a complimentary first session in the spa. Then pay for any additional sessions while staying at the hotel.
But overall I had a good time, and was well looked after. The hotel is also perfectly located, a scenic 15 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants, and clubs. Or a 20 minute taxi ride to Marbella, public transport is good too, and will take about 45 minutes to get there. Puerto Banus is a 15 minute bus ride from the Marbella bus station.
I would highly recommend this hotel, and I intend to stay there on my next visit to the Costa de sol. I hope the hotel takes on my comments and suggestions related to the spa, which would be nice to see on my next stay. I would rate my stay overall 7.5 out of 10.

The studio was clean. The TV had a good range of UK channels. The kitchen had a very old slow hob and the fridge door was the wrong way round making it difficult to access. The shower was small and cramped and the bathroom could do with updating. The balcony was a reasonable size but only got sun for an hour in the morning as it faced east.
The hotel only had a small reception area and there was no bar. The only outside space was in front of the hotel which had a small pool and loungers but only got limited sun in the morning.
The hotel is located right on a the front at Marbella and is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking is very difficult and I would not recommend a car.
