The staff is very accommodating, suggests tips and makes your stay a delight with their hospitality. Finish your daily adventure with a warm shower and top notch bedding and pillows. How can I forget...you should really make the effort to wake up to see the sunrise from the sunroom where you will eat your cook to order breakfast.

I don't have one bad thing to say about this hotel. The room was fantastic. The View was incredible. The restaurant and the bar were wonderful with good service and tasty food! Just simply perfection.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The first room they gave me was by the lobby and it was a little noisy and the room small but they were able to change the room to a larger one and a lot quieter. The staff was very helpful with places to go and things to see. They were able to provide transportation to viña Del Mar and Santiago. The overall experience was great.
