On the day of my booking, I received a message that the townhouse I booked had been changed. It was said that it was an upgrade but no explanation to the upgrade was given. I had booked 2 queen beds and 1 king bed and received 1 bunk bed, 1 queen bed and 1 king bed.
I reached out twice using the Expedia chat where I received all communication from the host and received no reply. I also emailed the host once and received no reply.
