Clear and large bed rooms and living room. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are sufficient enough to support a week-long stay. Efficient self check-in. Just the suspended Wi-Fi during 7-9pm was a bit out of expectation.

It is better for the hotel to display the Hotel's name in the entrance as we missed the entrance again and again, especially at night. The breakfast is good and there is a beautiful garden.

The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. We also loved the secure parking and great location, with attractions and restaurants all within walking distance. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for taking such great care of everything. We really appreciated the effort and had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back!

This place is very close to the seaside, and the decoration is luxurious and grand. The most commendable thing is that the staff's service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is recommended to replace the faucet of the bathroom basin and add curtains for the toilet.

The hotel has easy access (a few minutes walk) to the pier and Salamanca Square, which holds Saturday flea market. The service was good. If breakfast is included in the room rate, it's not buffet but a la carte for A$35.
